After a week of camping, fun activities, and making new friends the West Sussex international Jamboree 2025 has come to a close and Scouts and Explorers have gone home.
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the Henfield leaders that gave up their time – basically a weeks annual leave to run an amazing camp. Without them this could not have happened. Also a thank you to all those that organised the camp, the site services teams, the activity team, and all those that made WSIJ 25 an experience that will stay with the scouts for a long time.
Thank you! and if parents or others are feeling inspired by all the stories of camp – we are always looking for more people to help run the Scout sections for 2 hours a week in the evenings – so please consider helping and talk to any of the team.
But thank you and enjoy the rest (and a long Bath) you have all earned it!
