On Saturday 9th May a small team of 1st Henfield Scout Group Beavers and their leaders took part in 1st Buxted O’Brien’s Own Scout Group Ashdown 30 competition. This being the first time the Group had taken part in the event we wanted to start off small.

The Beavers and their Leaders (all parents in the Groups Riveredge Colony) report it was a great success and definitely one to recommend to the rest of the sections for next year and expand the number of Henfield Beaver teams that take part. 🙂
They did a great job showing the flag for 1st Henfield Scout Group so a massive well done and thank you👏
As a reminder the more parents that volunteer across the Group the more we can offer these amazing, challenging but very rewarding experiences👍
