AGM and Awards Evening

We warmly invite you all to this year’s Awards Evening and AGM on Friday 14th July at Hillside Campsite, Small Dole.

Please arrive anytime from 6pm. We will hold a short AGM at 6:30pm and after, our Group Scout Leader (GSL), Mark Williams will present certificates and awards.

We will be providing tea, coffee, cake and soft drinks. I would be grateful if you can rsvp so we know the number of people to cater for.

I’m aware the timing of the event may be too late for our young Squirrels so we will make sure we do something for them separately this year. If any Squirrels parents can attend it would be great to see you.
