Just wanted to say a massive thank you and well done to all the parents and leaders that gave up their time for the 1st Henfield Scout Group cub camps that happened this weekend and last weekend at Hillside Scout Campsite .
Each pack had an brilliant camp and over the weekend made community bird houses, built shelters, took part in rifle shooting, made and cooked flat bread and the butter too! , went on early morning hikes and had a silent disco – they worked as a team, had adventures in the woods and learnt key skills for life!
Without our amazing volunteer leaders and parents form Henfield and Partridge Green our young people would not get these adventures so a massive thank you. 👏 🙏
Also a massive thank you to our Cubs, Boys and Girls 8-10.5 from Henfield and Partridge Green who threw themselves into all the activities and produced some amazing results 👍

With Cubs now up at running in PG we want to get Squirrels and Beavers operational there to – but need the volunteers
